2. Late Cancellations

3. No-Shows

• Missed Appointments: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without providing any notice, it impacts both the practitioner’s time and other clients. We encourage you to contact us if you are unable to attend to maintain a respectful and professional environment.

4. Emergency Cancellations

• Unexpected Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your prompt communication in these cases.

5. Rebooking After a Cancellation
